Our journey began at Burning Bush Baptist Church in Ringgold, GA, where we first came together to lead worship and discovered a shared passion for uplifting and inspiring music. The band is made up of six members: Jeremy Wynne on vocals, harmonica, guitar, and banjo; Shae Daigle on vocals; Danny Conkle on standup bass; Leonna Scherrer on vocals; Jordan Harb on guitar and mandolin; and our newest member, the incredibly talented Sheryl McDonald on violin. Each of us brings unique talents and personalities, and we truly enjoy making music as a group.

Roots on Fire puts a fresh spin on traditional hymns, folk songs, and modern melodies. We mix the soulful harmonies of gospel with the earthy tones of bluegrass and old-time music, crafting a sound that's both timeless and unique. For certain events, we also include a few uplifting secular tunes.
